Car Biller

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Car Biller to support our newly acquired Subaru store. The role requires accurate recording of vehicle deals, timely reconciliation of vehicle receivables, and collaboration with the finance team.
Responsibilities
Record car deals into the accounting system
Reconcile vehicle receivables and schedule reconciliation
Meet time‑sensitive deadlines as required
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controller
Qualifications
Prior dealership experience preferred
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds desired
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening that includes a criminal background check, a motor vehicle records review, and verification of the social security number.
