Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Valid Licensed Low Power Counselor (LLPC)
Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Valid Licensed Lifespan Practitioner (LLP)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Valid Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
1+ year of experience in:
Social work
Treatment of minors and their families
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) usage

Location: Southgate, MI
Job Type: Permanent (Perm)
Shift Notes: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; develop schedule with supervisor; work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00 p.m.; full‑time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
Job Description This position is a Children's Outpatient Therapist. Acceptable licensures are LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP in the state of Michigan. Candidates must hold one of the listed licensures to be considered.

Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in the outpatient setting.
Develop and maintain accurate records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and schedule additional 4 hours after 5:00 p.m. as needed.
Complete at least 23 billable service hours per week as a full‑time staff member.
Maintain current Michigan license and Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) status; complete required background checks and registry clearances within 120 days of hire.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; engage diverse populations.
Improve cultural competency and therapeutic engagement.
