**THIS IS A HOME-BASED THERAPIST POSITION. ACCEPTABLE LICENSURES ARE LPC, LMSW, LLP OR LLPC, LLMSW, AND LLLP (LIMITED LICENSE).** Candidates must have ONE of the listed licensures to be considered.

Job Type Perm
Shift Notes Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours could be expected including evenings and weekends.
Overview As a member of this skilled team, there are multiple levels of support and training. The Home-Based Program harnesses compassion and empathy, providing clinicians with the tools to facilitate high‑level, intense, interpersonal work with youth and families who need it most. Therapists use a trauma‑informed approach with capacity to do further work in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT). A flexible schedule offers potential for therapists to meet their clients’ needs as well as flex time off and work a shorter work week.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, or counseling
Valid Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or the respective limited license)
1+ year experience working with children/adolescent patients
Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record
Ability to travel to youths’ homes, schools, and community throughout the day
Must meet the requirements for Childrens Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire
Responsibilities
Provide home‑based therapy to children and adolescents using evidence‑based practices
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the client electronic health record
Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
Ensure compliance with state and agency ethical and regulatory standards
