Retail Supervisor-Events oversees event execution in a store location. Audits, trains, and coaches Event Specialists to maintain quality, safety, and client expectations. Overview
Pay rate $43,888.00/yearly. Requires bilingual skills – English and Spanish. Responsibilities
Recruit, supervise, and motivate employees, developing them to deliver on client expectations. Train Event Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures, and position responsibilities. Ensure quality execution by conducting audits and work-withs of Event Specialists and developing event execution skills and knowledge while maintaining food safety practices. Communicate with store management about upcoming events and the execution of past events in their store. Act as point of contact for all events conducted in the store and assist Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools as needed. Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses. Manage execution and overall performance of scheduled events by monitoring daily and weekly scorecards to ensure on‑date execution is met. Reschedule events as needed in a timely manner to maximize on‑date, on‑weekend, and total execution results. Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team. Communicate effectively, develop and maintain strong working relationships with field support, recruiting, and client services. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly demo kitchen, ensure appliances are working and inspect equipment regularly for proper maintenance. Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Associate Degree, Technical Diploma, or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination. Computer Skills:
Proficient with MS Office Suite and internal systems on company computer and mobile device. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver’s license; National Registry of Food and Safety certification required within 30 days of employment if not already certified; local Food Handlers permit if required. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervisory responsibilities with approximately 10–50 employees. Work Environment:
Retail store environment; local travel may be required. Physical Demands:
Stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, visual ability to read instructions and perform events, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Push and pull wheeled demonstration cart with appliances, supplies, and product. Prepare foods and beverages using required appliances. Contact cleaning supplies. Language Skills:
