Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Events to manage event execution and supervise Event Specialists.

Overview The Retail Supervisor – Events will oversee event execution, audit compliance, train Event Specialists, manage event expense metrics, and serve as the point of contact for all in-store events.

Description Pay rate $43,888.00/yearly

Responsibilities

Recruit, supervise, and motivate employees; develop staff to meet client expectations.

Train Event Specialists on company processes, policies, and position responsibilities.

Conduct audits and work‑withs of Event Specialists; develop event execution skills and maintain Food Safety practices.

Communicate with store management regarding upcoming and past events.

Assist Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools.

Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses.

Manage execution and overall performance of scheduled events by monitoring daily and weekly scorecards.

Reschedule events as needed to maximize on‑date, on‑weekend, and total execution results.

Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.

Develop and maintain working relationships with field support, recruiting, and client services.

Maintain a clean, neat and orderly demo kitchen and inspect company equipment regularly.

Qualifications

Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to use company computer systems, mobile device applications, and MS Office.

Valid driver’s license; National Registry of Food and Safety certification required within 30 days of employment.

Direct supervisory responsibilities for approximately 10–50 employees.

Local travel required.

English language proficiency; bilingual skills may be required.
