About the Role Aerotek is looking for a proactive, organized, and people‑focused Front Office Associate to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our office — the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and internal partners. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, keep operations running smoothly, and support our recruiters and account managers in delivering an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist candidates, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including phones, check‑ins, and appointment coordination
Support onboarding processes by helping candidates complete applications, paperwork, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure documentation is complete
Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews, preparing candidate files, and coordinating hiring steps
Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
Provide general administrative support to the recruiting and sales teams
Uphold Aerotek’s commitment to exceptional service and a positive candidate experience
What You Bring
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Comfort with technology and learning new systems
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
A team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Prior administrative, front office, or customer service experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
