Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times and assisting with banking needs.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them about self‑service options.
Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
6+ months cash handling experience.
6+ months demonstrated customer service experience.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
Energetic, organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Salary Base Pay Range: $30,000 – $47,000 USD per year.
