SPA has a near‑term need for a

Senior

Process Metrics & Improvements Support Professional.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as a member of the Caledonia Program Process Improvements Support team and perform the activities required for developing and implementing customer‑approved process improvements for all identified functional area processes needing improvements. This methodology is designed to eliminate inefficiencies, improve quality, and reduce operational costs, enabling the government to deliver better products and services.

They will identify, analyze, and enhance existing business processes to optimize performance, perform effective process improvement functions that gain efficiency by aligning requirements, and apply continuous process improvements over the life of the Caledonia contract. The role includes developing and implementing acquisition lifecycle process improvements as required by the Government, performing process optimization and measurement strategy by leveraging continuous assessment methodologies, and implementing refinements to acquisition and operations measurements by integrating candidate metrics that establish baseline process performance and efficiency targets.

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application

Talk to an SPA Talent Acquisition professional about specific polygraph requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field

8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above

Experience with NRO or IC mission

Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility

Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer

Desired Qualifications

BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Six Sigma certification or other certifications related to functional responsibilities such as ITIL

Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence

Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
