Job Summary and Qualifications The Patient Representative provides support services to patients throughout the continuum of perioperative care. The Patient Representative is responsible for meeting patients and family members in pre‑op, updating families during the intra‑operative period, and facilitating PACU visitation. The Patient Representative participates in process improvement activities in the department and engages in work groups and initiatives to improve the patient experience. Additional duties are assigned by the Pre‑op CNC, Surgical Services Director, and VP of Surgical Services.
