We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, helping to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate issues when necessary and follow up until resolved. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required. Benefits
