About the Role Actively AI is building one of the most ambitious GTM organizations in enterprise AI — and we’re hiring a GTM Recruiter who operates with the same intensity, urgency, and ownership as a top‑performing enterprise seller. It’s not a reactive role. It’s not “post and pray.” It’s high‑accountability, outbound‑heavy, relationship‑driven recruiting at scale. You’ll own monthly and quarterly hiring targets across our GTM org and deliver them through a combination of: Driving your own outbound Managing and developing a Sourcer Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Building and managing agency/RPO partnerships Creating future talent pipelines before the roles even open Establishing a GTM recruiting motion that mirrors the pace and rigor of a world‑class sales organization Full‑Cycle Recruiting Across All GTM Roles Own end‑to‑end hiring for Enterprise AEs, SDRs, Sales Ops, RevOps, Enablement, Partnerships, and frontline leadership Build outbound pipeline and nurture long‑term talent relationships Manage the entire candidate experience from first contact to close Lead hiring manager calibration, interview loops, and decision processes Craft offer strategies and close high‑caliber GTM talent Build the GTM Recruiting Engine Manage and develop a dedicated Sourcer Hire and oversee a Recruiting Coordinator Stand up and lead external agency/RPO relationships as needed Build long‑term talent communities across multiple roles and market segments Establish GTM recruiting KPIs that mirror a high‑performing sales org Forecast hiring volume and resource needs like a revenue plan Process, Quality & Reporting Build rubrics, scorecards, and structured evaluation frameworks Maintain immaculate ATS accuracy and weekly pipeline reporting Improve hiring velocity with world‑class operational rigor Leadership Lead from the front with pace, clarity, and relentless ownership Partner with our CRO on headcount priorities and hiring strategy Elevate Actively’s GTM talent brand in‑market Set the cultural tone for excellence, ambition, and accountability within the recruiting org Who You Are 5+ years recruiting in SaaS, GTM, or agency search Operate like a top agency recruiter: high‑volume outbound, relentless follow‑through, strong closing instincts Build deep GTM talent networks long before roles open Thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑moving, unstructured environment Think and execute like a GTM leader: pipeline‑driven, metric‑driven, and competitive Skilled closer with high EQ and excellent judgment Strong partner to executives and hiring managers Energized by building systems, teams, and category‑defining orgs Compensation Range $130,000 USD - $210,000 USD Location: New York, NY Actively AI is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to gender, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law.
