The Warranty and Repair Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned Builder or homeowner accounts to meet any warranty, contractual, or approved customer retention needs. He/She will remain in constant communication with our external customers in the field, as well as our internal customers in the office and in the field. A keen attention to detail is required and the candidate must be one who is comfortable providing frequent follow-up between all points of contact. A strong passion for meeting deadlines is required as he/she must ensure that all work is entered accurately and on time per the assigned builders' requested installation dates. Knowledge of the flooring industry is not required but is highly preferred. This will entail being trained on and understanding several flooring exclusive software applications and basic computer software understanding. He/She will be using software for billing, paperwork processes, scheduling repairs, and working in a consistently changing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES The ability to read builder specifications and to multi-task and maintain accuracy during data entry is critical.
