Required Skills:

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, including regional block and obstetric anesthesia
• Proficiency in anesthesia documentation and EMR systems (experience with Plexus preferred)
• Ability to independently manage anesthesia cases across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in call rotations, including nights and weekends

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in trauma settings (Level 3 designation)
• Prior exposure to multiple surgical specialties such as orthopedics, general surgery, scopes, dental, and urology
• Bilingual skills or additional certifications relevant to anesthesia practice

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• At least 3 years of CRNA practice, with regional and obstetric anesthesia proficiency
• Experience working in a hospital environment with multiple operating rooms

Other Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted CRNA license in Michigan
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Flexibility to handle a variety of case types and patient demographics
• Commitment to patient safety and adherence to all certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
