Required Skills:
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Proven expertise in general surgical anesthesia, nerve blocks, and regional anesthesia
  • Proficiency with IV anesthesia, plexus blocks, spinal, and epidural techniques
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia ventilation management and local infiltration techniques
  • Experience working with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Level 4 trauma center
  • Experience managing pediatric and geriatric patient populations
  • Knowledge of anesthesia documentation and billing procedures
  • Ability to handle diverse procedural settings within the hospital

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of recent CRNA practice in a hospital setting
  • Certification in advanced anesthesia techniques
  • Experience working independently with remote supervision

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold valid state licensure and certification as a CRNA
  • Credentialing estimated within 60 days
  • Willingness to travel within a mileage reimbursement framework
  • Availability for day shifts (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday); no on-call responsibilities
  • Covering scheduled vacation periods as needed

Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $180.90
Additional Compensation:
  • Orientation at half the hourly rate
  • Holiday rates at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate
