Receptionist Position
We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this contract position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative and concierge support while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees with a high level of attention to detail and hospitality.
- Manage the check-in process for guests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Provide guidance on amenities, wayfinding, and organizational information to enhance the visitor experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, distribute messages, and coordinate communication with employees.
- Oversee scheduling for conference rooms to optimize usage and support meeting requirements.
- Maintain the reception and front office areas, ensuring cleanliness and a presentable appearance at all times.
- Assist with mailroom operations, including the coordination of courier services and vendor relationships.
- Develop and nurture client relationships while ensuring service standards and performance metrics are met.
- Support special requests and workplace services with proactive problem-solving and coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workplace programs and amenities.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks while meeting service expectations.

- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and moving items safely.

- Familiarity with conference room booking systems and visitor management processes.
- Preferred experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles.
