Receptionist Position

We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this contract position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative and concierge support while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees with a high level of attention to detail and hospitality.
  • Manage the check-in process for guests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
  • Provide guidance on amenities, wayfinding, and organizational information to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, distribute messages, and coordinate communication with employees.
  • Oversee scheduling for conference rooms to optimize usage and support meeting requirements.
  • Maintain the reception and front office areas, ensuring cleanliness and a presentable appearance at all times.
  • Assist with mailroom operations, including the coordination of courier services and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships while ensuring service standards and performance metrics are met.
  • Support special requests and workplace services with proactive problem-solving and coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workplace programs and amenities.
  • Requirements:
