This contract position, starting January 5, 2026, and concluding May 21, 2026, involves work within multiple elementary schools in the Chattanooga area. Candidates must hold an active Tennessee Department of Education certification and be prepared to support a range of psychological services in a school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations for elementary-aged students. Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success. Manage caseloads efficiently with minor travel between school sites as needed. Qualifications: Active Tennessee DOE certification as a School Psychologist. Experience working with students in elementary schools (K-5). Strong skills in evaluation, IEP development, and behavior plan creation. Ability to work full-time with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates will not be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Chattanooga area, Tennessee (Hixson location, elementary schools).
