Are you a licensed Rhode Island attorney with a background in real estate law? Looking to join a firm that values professional excellence, teamwork, and a client-first approach? Our client, a respected boutique law firm with a strong presence across Southern New England, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their growing practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven professional looking to deepen their real estate expertise or grow their book of business in a collaborative, high-integrity environment.
*What You'll Do:*
* Handle a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters * Draft, review, and manage closing documents, purchase and sale agreements, and title issues * Collaborate effectively with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and other attorneys * Travel for closings and represent the firm at industry events and professional networking functions
*What We're Looking For:*
* Licensed to practice in Rhode Island; MA and/or CT Bar admission is a strong plus * 2+ years of real estate law experience preferred * Willing to consider and train an exceptional candidate with a strong legal foundation and genuine interest in real estate law * A portable book of business is welcomed, though not required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through * Technically proficient with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook * A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
