Validates and submits registry harvest reports to meet regulatory and registry compliance guidelines. Ensures data accurately depicts performance for publicly reported measures to CMS and other accrediting bodies. Maintains accurate databases rigorously to ensure follow-up deadlines are met according to registry requirements. Coordinates institute quality and outcomes committees or clinical projects with hospital and physician leadership to improve quality and value. Completes longitudinal patient follow-up by interviewing and assessing patient health status across the continuum to meet regulatory and registry requirements. Qualification Requirements
