As our HR & Safety Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our team and fostering a positive, safe, and engaging work environment. This position combines hands‑on HR responsibilities with health and safety coordination, ensuring alignment with corporate programs and compliance with labor laws. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping them implement best practices and drive employee engagement. This is an on‑site role at our Two Harbors facility (no remote work).
Key Responsibilities
Support managers and supervisors in applying HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
Coordinate and drive health and safety efforts in collaboration with the operations team, promoting a shared safety culture.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes.
Organize training programs and ensure certifications are up to date.
Advise on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Collaborate with corporate HR to deploy programs and maintain alignment.
Monitor HR and safety indicators and recommend improvements.
Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Administer benefits programs and explore new employee perks.
Responsible for payroll administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and coach.
Knowledge of employment legislation and health & safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
