Position: 2nd shift (4:00pm - 12:30am). 3 months of training on 1st shift. Pay: $19.22 per hour. Location: Pomona, CA.
We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers. Here you'll work in a modern, dynamic factory environment, increasingly relying on AI to optimize production and drive innovation.
Position Overview
Assemble and modify electromechanical equipment (e.g., Switchboards, Lighting Panels) using mechanical tools and blueprints.
Process work orders, scanning in and out, to adhere to production schedule or expedited orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, one‑line diagrams.
Fasten component parts on cubicles or frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
Basic Qualifications
Basic computer skills and use of mechanical/measuring tools.
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Ability to stand, reach, grasp, and lift up to 50lbs; push/pull and slide heavy materials.
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be thorough and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be willing to learn all equipment operated in the facility and follow established processes.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience reading blueprints.
Previous experience with large industrial machines.
