$17.50‑$21.00 per hour + 5% shift differential Job Summary

This role works in a modern, dynamic factory environment that increasingly relies on AI to optimize production processes. Responsibilities
Process and scan incoming and outgoing work orders using computers and scanning devices in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders. Read and interpret documents associated with mechanical assembly assignments (blueprints, bill of materials, one‑line diagrams, etc.). Collect parts and accessories required in the assembly process; assemble fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, and Power Panels) or subassemblies while using hand and power tools, wire strippers, pliers, and crimpers. Prepare finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.). Secure component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies while verifying that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Disassemble units to adjust or replace parts and connect cables and basic wires; mark units with identifying information or attach identifying tags; report non‑conforming items. Perform other work as directed by supervision. Basic Qualifications
Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English. Make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects, stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb. Reach, grasp, lift 75 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material as needed. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
