Master of AR Operations: You seamlessly oversee billing, invoicing, collections, adjustments, and reconciliations—keeping every dollar accounted for. Matrix360 software knowledge a plus.
Team Empowerer: You coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing AR team while prioritizing what matters most—timely follow-up and goal-driven results.
Aging Report Avenger: You track and tackle overdue accounts with laser focus, escalating high-risk cases before they become financial threats.
Strategic Collector: You build smart, effective collection strategies that accelerate payments from insurers and patients—cutting down on aged A/R.
Denial Buster: You uncover the "why" behind claim denials and underpayments, fix the root cause, and boost first-pass resolution rates.
Medicaid Navigator: You expertly manage Medicare/Medicaid-pending accounts, applications, and appeals—preventing revenue loss before it starts.
Process Optimizer: You streamline workflows, improve claim submissions, and eliminate inefficiencies to maximize reimbursement speed.
Cross‑Functional Collaborator: You bridge the gap between AR, admissions, coding, and patient services—turning chaos into coordination.

Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
You bring 3–5+ years of AR experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections is a must.
You know accounting principles and receivables best practices like the back of your hand.
You’ve worked with SNF/CBRF billing, including T-19, MCOs, commercial/private insurance, and Med‑pending.
You’re tech‑savvy, with proficiency in ERP systems (bonus points for Matrix) and advanced Excel skills.
Your core strengths include
Team leadership – You know how to guide, support, and get the best out of your team.
Strong communication – Whether it’s a patient, payer, or peer, you bring clarity and professionalism.
Analytical thinking – You dig into the details and connect the dots quickly.
