Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operations of the practice-Administrative and Clinical.
Lead and support a dedicated team, handling all aspects of
human resources , including hiring, training, and staff development.
Partner with physicians to shape practice growth through
marketing and community outreach .
Oversee
financial management : budgets, reporting, revenue cycle, and accounting functions.
Ensure the practice stays on track with compliance, payer requirements, and industry standards.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on communication, accountability, and respect.

5+ years of experience
as a medical practice administrator, ideally within ophthalmology or a related specialty.
Strong background in
human resource management
and
staff recruitment/hiring and training .
Demonstrated skills in
marketing, financial analysis, and accounting .
Excellent
communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities .
Knowledge of practice management software, information technology and healthcare compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration. MBA or MHA preferred.
