Save Job

Novele designs and manufactures intelligent energy storage solutions for the built environment. Our first product, EnergyBoard, is the thinnest and most scalable commercial battery system in the world—built for dense, urban infrastructure where performance, safety, and reliability are critical. Your Role

You'll wear two hats: As a Builder, you'll design and implement internal tools, workflows, and automations using AI-native development approaches. Ship solutions fast—concept to working prototype in days. As an Analyst, you'll research complex domains—regulatory frameworks, incentive programs, utility rates, market dynamics—and turn that into actionable intelligence that drives decisions. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and strategy. You'll work across sales, finance, and operations, embedded with the teams who use what you build. Ideal for someone who's deeply curious, learns quickly, and has discovered that modern AI tools let them build things that previously required a dedicated engineering team. Responsibilities

Build internal tools and dashboards using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI) Design automations using workflow platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or similar), connecting CRMs, databases, and APIs Develop expertise in market structures, incentive programs, and regulatory requirements across our geographies Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights Partner with sales, finance, and operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities Train team members on new tools and workflows Basic Qualifications

Understanding of automation workflows and how to design them Strong prompting skills—you know how to get the most out of AI tools Comfortable working with APIs and integrating systems Data analytics experience—you can extract insights from messy data SQL and database fundamentals 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or a technical field Demonstrated ability to build working applications or automations using AI tools—show us what you've shipped Strong research skills: you can dive into unfamiliar, complex domains and emerge with clarity High agency: you figure things out and don't wait to be told what to do Preferred Qualifications

Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI) Additional Requirements
