Position Overview We are seeking two
Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrators
to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and overseeing all activities related to our Foreign Trade Zone operations, ensuring compliance with
U.S. Customs
and
Border Protection (CBP)
regulations, and supporting efficient inventory control and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with
CBP regulations
and
FTZ requirements .
Maintain and update
FTZ procedures , manuals, and records.
Coordinate with CBP, brokers, and internal teams for FTZ filings and audits.
Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions.
Prepare and submit required
CBP filings
(e.g., e214, CF 216, CF 7512).
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on FTZ procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in FTZ operations, customs compliance, or international logistics.
Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures.
Experience with FTZ software systems and ERP platforms.
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or similar certification preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to handle objects; reach with arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
