What You’ll Do
Oversee and assist with resident care plans under the direction of the Resident Services Director
Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes or emergencies
Provide medication administration and clinical support
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Foster a positive, team-oriented care environment
What You’ll Need
Must be 18 years or older
Active Florida LPN License
CPR Certification
3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
