Customer Experience Ambassador

As a

Customer Experience Ambassador , you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be our welcoming presence, offering a warm smile, helpful information, and ensuring everyone feels like they’re in a safe, healing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth, confidence, and kindness, ensuring top‑notch service.

Manage the flow at key entrances and specialty areas, maintaining safety and visitor compliance.

Collaborate with clinical staff, security, and admissions to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Use critical thinking to solve disruptions and smooth operations quickly.

Maintain cleanliness, security, and sanitation procedures to keep everyone safe.

Share information about TMC/UH programs, people, and accomplishments with guests.

Identify opportunities to elevate the patient experience and provide actionable feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Positive, outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with people.

At least 2–3 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).

Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and via email.

Adaptability – willing to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Comfort with computers and technology.

High school diploma or equivalent (behavioral sciences background a plus).
