Document Processing Specialist, Seasonal Support We are looking for an experienced Document Processing Specialist to provide seasonal support within our Document Processing organization at KPMG US.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and format basic and complex client financial statements, reports, and letters for the audit practice; finalize reports and affix the firm’s signature.

Upload reports for retention and issue authorized dockets.

Provide engagement teams with final encrypted and unsecured PDFs of financial statements and reports for client issuance.

Forward print‑support requests to the Office Experience production team through JobTrack for processing.

Develop headers, footers, subheadings, fonts, and page numbering; proof and format work to ensure accuracy and quality.

Promote a teaming culture with common goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths and diverse perspectives to maintain a high‑performing team; be self‑accountable for achieving results and seizing opportunities without direct supervision.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent word‑processing or document processing experience in audit or financial services industry preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college education from an accredited institution preferred.

Advanced skill level in Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat 2020; highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to anticipate challenges, prioritize competing requirements and deadlines; excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a dynamic, critical‑thinking environment.

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and ability to adapt to change; able to multi‑task and support engagement teams simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Track record of delivering exceptional virtual document processing support and customer service in a team‑based environment; motivated, innovative, proactive, and able to take action beyond formal responsibilities.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship; KPMG does not sponsor U.S. work visas for this position.
