Position Summary
Our team safeguards the integrity of Walmart’s marketplace by empowering brand owners through a trusted, user-friendly Brand Portal. We work closely with rights holders to address intellectual property concerns, providing tools and guidance to protect their brands. By proactively managing operations and expanding the Brand Portal globally, we enhance the experience for customers, sellers, and brand partners worldwide.
What you’ll do
Key liaison between the Global Brand Portal team and regional stakeholders in Mexico and Chile to support implementation and success of the portal.
Lead efforts to unify Brand Portal policies, IP standards, and governance frameworks across markets.
Translate regional brand protection needs, legal requirements, and market dynamics into actionable insights that inform global roadmap decisions.
Engage with rights owners to address brand protection concerns and enhance user experience.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align IP claim processes and enforcement mechanisms with both US and local standards.
Define and operationalize standardized monitoring and control mechanisms across regions.
What you’ll bring
3–5+ years of experience in intellectual property (IP) enforcement, brand protection, or compliance operations ideally within an e‑commerce or digital marketplace environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
Solid understanding of intellectual property enforcement frameworks, with knowledge of Mexican and/or Chilean IP law preferred.
Proven experience working on cross‑border or global projects, especially involving multiple markets or legal jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across international teams.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4 years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or a related area or 6 years of experience in the same area, 2 years of supervisory experience, and 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Project Management Professional certification.
