Entry‑Level Project Manager
Epic is looking for an Entry‑Level Project Manager to join our Project Management team. This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Travel across the US—and abroad if you’re interested—as part of a team that leads software installations and ensures success for new Epic customers.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end‑user training.
Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.
Use your project‑management skills to drive impactful projects that improve patient care.
Make autonomous decisions with full support and guidance.
These projects are implemented at leading health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, University of Wisconsin, University of Michigan, University of California, University of Texas, and Ohio State University.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with a typical month including 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
