Entry-Level Project Manager – Epic
Join our Project Management team at Epic and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
Location: Madison, WI campus (requires relocation; financial assistance provided).
Responsibilities
Implement AI-powered advice and support for hospital leadership.
Coordinate end‑user training and deliver comprehensive support.
Travel across the US (and abroad if desired) to lead software installations.
Present to hospital leadership and ensure successful go‑live of Epic software.
Provide full autonomy in decision making within a supportive environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
History of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days (1‑2 trips per month, 2‑4 day duration).
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination (preferred).
