This is for full-time and part-time on‑site roles for Behavioral Interventionist located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Behavioral Interventionist will be responsible for providing support to students and school site staff using principles of behavior analysis, tracking behavioral data, implementing individualized intervention plans, and tracking progress to meet the needs of clients, primarily school‑age children and teens. The Behavioral Interventionists will also collaborate with teachers, supervisors and other on‑site staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and its implementation Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and related therapeutic interventions Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team Background in Psychology and experience with behavioral theories Experience working with children, preferably in a school‑based educational setting Strong organizational and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to individual client needs Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., BCBA or BCaBA certification) are highly valued Seniority level
