We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans for patients in a supportive rehab environment.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
Individualize treatment plans and be responsive to patient and family needs.
Provide in‑house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Certification / License:
Licensed in the state of the SNF where you will work and possess 3 C's.
Experience:
Previous SNF rehab experience preferred; 1 year experience preferred.
