Location: Dallas, TX. Salary: $80,168.00–$141,371.00 per year.

Schedule: Full‑Time Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Job Summary And Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit during the designated shift. The CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high‑quality patient‑centered care.

Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with management.

Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and managers to build teamwork that supports improved outcomes.

Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.

Operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to enhance engagement.

Recommend and advance staff recruitment, training, conflict resolution, policy compliance, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor to meet patient need and productivity guidelines.

Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.

Registered Nurse.

BSN required.

Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience.

Charge RN experience.
