Base pay range $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient intake and admissions paperwork

Verify insurance benefits and assist families with questions

Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process

Provide compassionate support and excellent customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in healthcare admissions, benefits, or insurance preferred

Ability to pick up shifts
