Responsibilities
Assist management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and guiding member service approaches.
Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events, completing marketing recaps, and striving to meet membership goals.
Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, guiding self‑service technology, assisting transactions, and ensuring club pick‑up orders are filled.
Oversee assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, assisting members with transport of items, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
Complete accounting records, file transactions, prepare daily deposits, oversee Cash Fund Transfers, investigate overages/shortages, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal information.
Develop, communicate and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze information, monitor progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
Demonstrate, promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity, implement action plans, and assist management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.
Lead and participate in teams, coordinate and execute work assignments, provide feedback and support to ensure timelines and quality are achieved, and model adaptability to change.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
6 months customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Leading a front‑end team.
Supervising experience: hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing and managing the workload of others.
Additional Compensation Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
