Loan Processor

Position Overview The Loan Processor plays a critical role in ensuring loans move efficiently from application through closing. You’ll work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to keep files organized, compliant, and on track.
Responsibilities
Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness
Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation
Communicate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
Ensure files meet underwriting and regulatory requirements
Track loans through closing and maintain detailed, organized records
Qualifications
2+ years of loan processing experience (brokerage experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional communication and follow‑through
Comfortable managing multiple files at once
Enjoys working in a collaborative, team‑based environment
