St. Joseph Healthcare, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for our growing Internal Medicine practice located in Bangor, Maine. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years primary‑care experience and will work 32 PCH, four days a week on average with limited on‑call responsibility on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities
Deliver patient‑focused primary care in a collaborative environment. Participate in rotating on‑call schedule with limited on‑call duties. Collaborate with embedded care management, behavioral health, pain specialists, and pharmacists. Benefits
Same‑Day Care clinic for acute and overflow patients. Practice closes at 5 pm daily. Embedded support services: care management, pain specialists, behavioral health, pharmacists.
