Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County is seeking
part-time licensed family and youth therapists
(LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent). Therapists who are securely anchored in Christian faith and values will feel at home at Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County. The Cross Connections process fully integrates the spiritual dimension of our clients’ lives, helping them to better understand their struggles and to see them in light of God’s truth, grace, and redemptive plan.
WHAT WE DO We are the preferred opportunity for employment in Tippecanoe County not only in terms of work environment but also in terms of competitive compensation and opportunity for career growth. supportive, faith-based environment . Not only will you have the opportunity to counsel clients alongside Christian Scripture and prayer, you will also be encouraged and guided in this way as well. You will have your own dedicated office, with furniture and electronics provided. We are located in a building with common entrances and an elevator directly to our office suite. Our office suite has a comfortable waiting room. We are located on a bus line, and have dedicated parking for our employees. All billing will be handled through our billing specialist so you can keep your focus on your clients and their well-being. flexible scheduling .
We want you to feel like a valuable part to what God is accomplishing through Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County, and as such, we want to invest in you. We will gladly provide your
Liability Insurance , a library of helpful books and electronic resources will be available to you, and we will
pay for your continuing education . Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County is contracted with many major insurance companies, including Medicaid and Medicare. We offer financial assistance through a Pastoral Referral Program.
WHAT YOU DO We require that our therapists have received a Master’s Degree or higher, and are licensed in the State of Indiana. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will provide individual care to your clients using the evidence-based modalities in which you are trained. You will be the face of Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County to your clients. You will complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from our Executive Director, and you will be responsible for appropriate documentation. We ask that our therapists agree to our Statement of Faith, and are open to introducing Scripture and prayer into your sessions as their clients see fit.
