Senior Land Advisor & Right-of-Way
Location: Indiana or Michigan
Employment: Permanent, Full‑time (50% Office / 50% Field‑Based)
Role Overview
Act as the primary contact for landowners on or near pipeline easements and facilities
Lead negotiations and settlements for ROW matters with landowners and agencies
Manage and document land‑related issues, including acquisition and disposal of land rights
Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and support permitting processes
Mitigate environmental impacts and maintain positive public relations
Balance office‑based tasks with field visits to meet stakeholders and inspect ROW sites
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in right‑of‑way or land management roles
Proven ability to negotiate and settle agreements with landowners and public agencies
Strong communication skills for building relationships with landowners, tenants, and regulators
Ability to interpret legal plans, titles, deeds, and engineering drawings
Proficiency in GIS systems, land databases, and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits
