Role Requirements
A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
About the Role You will support RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Key duties include:
Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
Observe patients and document observations.
Perform specific procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
