A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
About the Role You assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Responsibilities include:
Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
Patient observation.
Perform specific procedures—reading and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, running other diagnostic tests.
Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
