Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, supporting external reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, experience with multi‑entity consolidations, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
What You’ll Accomplish With Us
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS.
Assist in the preparation of external reporting deliverables, including audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances.
Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with business units and regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.
Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC).
Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards.
Support internal and external audit requests and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

3–5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or public accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion) as well as advanced Excel skills.
What Would Be Considered an Asset but Not Required
Experience in a multi‑national corporation or shared services environment.
Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
