Assist senior attorneys in case planning and strategy for cases valued over $150,000. Move lower‑value cases ($ Conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial. Qualifications
Active Arkansas state bar membership. 3+ years of litigation experience with Personal Injury cases. Strong written and oral communication skills. Benefits
