Role Overview Senior Fraud Recovery Coordinators provide exceptional customer service, advocate for customers, problem‑solve, and own issue resolution in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. Handling complaints, de‑escalation, and investigating customer concerns are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Advocate for customers and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Investigate customer concerns, help create and implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues.
Support other customer service advocates and guide associates to the right solutions, providing real‑time feedback.
Responsible for completing a language assessment for successful candidates.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 3 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of customer‑service or call‑center experience.
At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry.
At least 1 year of fraud or disputes experience.
Work From Home Technology Requirements
Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
Reliable, private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot; connection must be provided by cable or fiber ISP.
Private network password protected with ownership or line‑of‑site visibility to every device.
Internet speed on VPN at least 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps preferred.
Both hard‑wire and Wi‑Fi connections acceptable if speed and security requirements are met.
Work From Home Location Requirements Candidates must live within a 100‑mile radius of the ZIP codes listed above and be able to report in person, when required, with at least 24‑hour notice.
