Location & Performance Requirements
Radius: 100 miles of the following ZIP codes: 23060 (Richmond, VA), 23320 (Chesapeake, VA), 33634 (Tampa, FL), 89144 (Las Vegas, NV), 75024 (Plano, TX), 19801 (Wilmington, DE), 68521 (Lincoln, NE), 56301 (St. Cloud, MN).
Secure, quiet home office with a reliable, password‑protected cable or fiber internet connection. VPN download speed 5 Mbps minimum (10 Mbps preferred). Hotspots, satellite, or cellular data connections are not acceptable.
Both hard‑wired and Wi‑Fi connections are acceptable provided security and speed criteria are met.
Primary Responsibilities
Advocate for our customers and handle complaints or escalated cases in compliance with regulations.
Investigate customer concerns, identify trends, and help implement process improvements.
Guide colleagues to the appropriate resources and provide real‑time feedback for issue resolution.
Complete a Language Assessment before the start of employment.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
At least 1 year in the financial industry.
At least 1 year in fraud or dispute resolution.
Compensation Full‑time annual salary ranges: $49,774 for all designated locations (Richmond, VA; Chesapeake, VA; Tampa, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Plano, TX; Wilmington, DE; Lincoln, NE; St. Cloud, MN). Pay for other office locations is paid in accordance with their local range.
