Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
About the Role Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Logistics Administrator to play a critical role in our day-to-day operations. Based in their Northampton office, you will be central to ensuring accurate invoicing, excellent customer communication, and high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
Maintain well‑organised financial, billing, and administrative records
Act as the professional first point of contact for customers, responding to queries, enquiries, and service requests promptly and effectively
Escalate operational or service‑related concerns to the appropriate teams when required
Maintain accurate documentation and internal records in line with company standards
Support the Operations team with reporting, filing, and data management
Assist with general office administration to support the wider team
Person Specification Essential:
Previous administrative or office‑based experience
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Excel, email, and internal systems
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:
Experience within logistics, transport, or warehousing environments
Previous experience using invoicing or finance systems
Knowledge of transport management or warehouse systems
Customer service qualifications or formal training
