Finance Associate-Cash Management
Location: Chester, NY 10918
Pay Range: $21.5
Job Overview
Support daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Perform data entry and support core treasury functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile and journalize all cash collections on the general ledger.
Conduct bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with monthly corporate disbursement bank reconciliations and payment exception research.
Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping preferred.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
