Our client is seeking a Finance Associate-Cash Management to join their team. As a Finance Associate-Cash Management, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What’s the Job?
Support daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Perform data entry and support core treasury functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile and journalize all cash collections on the general ledger.
Conduct bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with monthly corporate disbursement bank reconciliations and payment exception research.
Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance is strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping is preferred.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Support cooling operations in a data center environment by maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems.
Install, operate, and troubleshoot air‑cooled and water‑cooled chillers to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance monitoring to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with HVAC and facilities teams to develop integrated cooling strategies.
Maintain detailed logs and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience with industrial chiller systems and HVAC equipment.
Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles.
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and control systems.
HVAC certifications are preferred.
OSHA 10 or NFPA 70E certifications required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
