Responsibilities Overview
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate clinical performance of BCBAs
Conduct regular site visits to monitor for clinical compliance
Ensure that treatment is evidence based and reflects most recent research findings
Conduct assessments as needed
Conduct monthly regional clinical meetings for the Quest Kids analysts
Routinely review program goals and monitor integrity of supervision and parent training
Review session notes for regulatory compliance
Meet routinely with Practice Managers and Intake Coordinator to review caseloads, waitlists, and payor risks.
Assist VP of Behavior Services with projects that enhance internal skill development and foster partnerships with external vendors
Qualifications
Master’s degree required; preferred in Psychology, Social Work or Behavior Analysis.
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
Experience in both clinic and community settings preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and/or mentoring other analysts required
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for both Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred.
